OUR  COMMITMENT TO OUR CLIENTS: A team orientated, integrated design approach as the means to produce
the highest quality building project possible within the stated budgetary goals to meet the client's expectations,
needs and desires.

OUR DELIVERABLE: To bring quality, hands-on architectural design & consulting services to our clients & project
team.

OUR VIEW ON ARCHITECTURE: Architecture of profound sanguinity.
We believe that it is possible to create places and spaces that can give a sense of grace, serenity and propose to our
lives here on Earth.  It is matter what we give back to the World while we are here and what we leave behind when we
are gone.

All new architecture must react to its surrounding context be it physical or socially constructed.  Often, strategies of
architectural design and how it integrates into  the existing context must follow one or a combination of three basic
principles: 1) To extent the context into the new forms; 2) To create and position the new forms to take a neutral
position to the surroundings; 3) To create new forms that opposes the established patterns.

OUR APPROACH TO DESIGN:  “Architecture is the correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light”, - Le
Corbuiser.   We feel that these words are as true now as when they were first written by the Master himself.

In addition to our interest in the interplay of light and form, we like to discover syntax and grammars embedded in the
program, site and physical & social context.  Once the grammars are uncovered, we then employ parametric
variations for each set of elements of form, structure and order to create rhythms of spatial transformation,
repetition, non-symmetry/balance/symmetry and hierarchy or non-hierarchical relationships.

OUR METHOD OF DEFINING SPACE:  Our view is that space can be defined four different ways: 1) The
coexistence of structure & enclosure;  2) The coincidence of structure & enclosure; 3) the separation of structure and
enclosure; 4)  The combination of any or all of the three aforementioned above with the overlay of electronic
transmission of bits of information.

OUR ASPIRATIONS FOR CITIES AND URBAN DESIGN:  We want to improve the urban experience.
We focus on identifying the components and forces that make-up a livable city - not simply attractive forms, streets or
functional economic places of exchange but social “backdrops” that sets the stage for the drama of life to unfold, that
which is truly a livable city.

For some a truly livable city is one that offers endless opportunity, for others, lush, green hills where the sun always
shines, where the locals are both polite and attractive, the youth well-behaved and respectful, the trains run on time
and the streets are immaculate.  But let us not forget the “new Informational city” where the signal strength of the Wi-
Fi & cell coverage is essential, the presence of a strong local media and the connectivity to the global community is
as important as the access to nature, the amount of green space and ease of moment within the transit infrastructure.
