PNB/HD Construction Headquarters Remodel
The long awaited facade and remodel at Pacific Newport Buildings/HD
Construction Headquarters in Irvine is underway. A2dW was asked to
come in and offer a fresh new design concept and approach to the
exterior facade remodel. The design parti blends reinterpreted classical
elements with contemporary layering with reveals, stucco recesses and
horizontal glazing at the entry. A light bronze canopy along the front of
the building provides a visual link from the parking lot to main entry.

HomeVest Central Valley Tract
A2dW was asked to master plan a new 170 acre, 1,100 unit housing
development with retail support in the Central Valley utilizing "New
Urbanism" principals. The result was a net density of 10 units/acre with
generous amounts of green space and recreational paths through and
around the development. Two lot types will be available with 3 plans
and 3 elevations for each lot type.
